Meet the artist
Hi, my name is Katie.
I’m an abstract-based artist creating and working from Southern New Hampshire. My work is heavily inspired by the urban landscape (having lived in and around the Boston area for over a decade!), the natural environment, and the digital world that we continuously interact with, day-in and day-out. My creative practice encompasses various techniques, including painting, collage, photography, and printmaking methods, which all combine to create a truly unique mixed-media experience on the surface. Whether it is subtly hinting at the familiar and rich textures of gorgeously decaying walls or evoking the tranquility provided by spending time immersed in nature, I aim for my work to imbue a sense of vibrant life into any space it finds itself.
